Lisa Orth is the owner and senior artist at Alleged
Lisa is currently concentrating on doing all original larger custom work, and has carefully chosen the pieces in this gallery to give you an idea of the kinds of subject matter and styles of tattooing that she does best. She rarely accept any new projects that are not in the same vein as the work in her portfolio. She is focusing on her illustrative linework based blackwork style, with only sparse additions of minimal color. If you are looking for a style of tattooing that you don't see in this gallery, then chances are that she doesn’t do it. This would include script or text, full color work, additions or reworks to existing tattoos, cover-ups, and anything that is a reproduction of existing artwork. If you have an idea and you want to run it by her, feel free to send her an email with the details on what you are looking to get.
In addition to being an award winning Tattoo Artist, Lisa has an impressive background in Graphic Design and Fine Art. She's held the prestigious title of Art Director at both Sub Pop Records and the Rocket magazine, been principal designer for Seattle's infamous Stranger Weekly and The Center of Contemporary Art, and designed countless album covers for bands including Nirvana (who's famous logo she designed), Mudhoney, and Sonic Youth.
Lisa works by appointment only and prefers all scheduling to be done via email. Her current response time for emails is 5-8 days so thanks for your patience. Her hourly rate is $185 (discount to $175 an hour if you pay with cash) with a $350 minimum per client session for custom work. Lisa is usually booked out around 4-5 months.
